I printed the image on some Bristol smooth paper and I water colored it with Derwent Inktense pencils.
The pattern paper is from my stash, I created a border using a Simon Says Stamp Scallop Stitched Border die and for the sentiment I used a sentiment die from the free die set that was on the Paper Crafter magazine.
I finished the card with glitter diamond Stickles from Ranger.
