You are Mermazing

Hello Everyone and Happy Monday!

I have wanted to create a card for a while now that reminds of Summer and I found a little bit of time to play with the Mermazing Stamp set from My Favorite Things.

I was so lucky to win this stamp set in a giveaway on Instagram and I finally was able to create with it! Thank you to my friend Sou for the giveaway and the lovely gift 🙂

 

I stamped the images from the set on some watercolor paper with Versafine Onyx Black Ink, water colored them with my Derwent Inktense pencils and fussy cut them.
I have also added  Diamond Stickles from Ranger on the Mermaid’s top, star and on the sea shells.
For the background I die cut a circle from some Bristol smooth paper using Sizzix Framelits Circle die. 
I used my Distress Inks to create the splashes of water on the circle and to stamp the fishes as well.
The colors I used are Broken China, Evergreen Bough and Salty Ocean.
I stamped the sentiment from the set on the circle background using Versafine Onyx Black Ink.
I then adhered the background and images with foam squares on a white card base and added some sequins.

So there is my card for today,
